Charles McInnis is co-founder of MK Asset Management, LLC. Charles designs, constructs, and monitors the asset allocations of client portfolios based on risk evaluations, time horizon, and expected rate of return as determined by a financial plan analysis. Since 1985, Charles has been working with individual investors realize and execute their financial goals and ambitions.
A native of Miami Florida, Charles is a graduate (1984) of Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and currently licensed as a Registered Investment Advisor with the State of Florida.
Charles career includes Senior Management and Principal positions with Paragon Capital in New York, Partners Financial Group and CP Capital Group, both of Miami Florida. Professional licenses include: NASD Series 4, 7, 24, 53, 63 and 65.
Through education and experience, Charles is considered by his peers to be an expert in the in the portfolio analysis of securities and says, “I want to help each client create enough wealth so that they have the resource to live the life they have always dreamed about.”

Jorge Reyes
Managing Partner
Jorge Reyes is co-founder of MK Asset Management, LLC. Jorge primary activities include relationship development, product and service introduction to affluent individual and institutional investors in Latin America. Jorge has been successful at building and leading sales and marketing business plans for U.S. Investment Banks and Brokerage Firms to Latin America.
A native of Caracas Venezuela, Jorge is a graduate (1985) of Liceo Los Arcos College and obtained his B.A. degree (1991) at Jose Maria Vargas University, both in Caracas, Venezuela. He has also completed financial courses at New York University, New York specializing in U.S. and International Financial Markets.
Jorge’s has more than 13 years experience in the Investment Banking Industry and has worked with both Venezuelan and U.S. banks including Carlin Financial of New York and RBC of Canada. Professional licenses include: NASD Series 7, 63 and 65. Jorge speaks fluent English and Spanish.
